I’ve been working on making change in my life, mostly because I really need to be doing better than I have been. So I’m back at the gym, I’m writing and reading again, I’m keeping my food choices smart, I’ve decided to stick with my therapist for now, I’m a week into a sober month, I’m going to be moving elsewhere in about six weeks or so, I’m going on a Tumblr vacation again, and purging some shit from my apartment/life in general. Lots of little changes to get me moving in a more healthy and focused direction. It’s taken me more time than it should have, but I finally really realized that I’ve been just…stagnant for far too long. If you’re reading this, I hope you’re staying mindful, proactive, and happy, too. Onward and upward, yeah?
